Our Two Step Process
Because men don’t need more steps.
Step 1
Check to see if you have bow and arrows. If not, get some. You can probably keep your eyes open at a garage sale or your grandparents’ house. You don’t need anything fancy. Just a normal recurve bow will do (30lb.). You’ll also want some arrows. Get yourself about 6. That will make the experience fun. You should expect to drop some money on those. This date will be an hour or so, but you can continue doing it time and time again.
(Hint: Do you live in a sub-division or surrounded by lots of neighbors? This date may not work well for you).
Step 2
Now, take your bale of hay that you purchased (get three) and we can start putting everything together. You’re going to feel like a man and your woman is going to be shocked. That’s what we’re here for…shock and awe. Once you have all the ingredients for your successful date, take your woman out back and enjoy some friendly competition. Aim low at first. You don’t want your arrows flying everywhere…they can go really far.
(Hint: Do you have a slope or an old shed? Try putting the bale in front of those arrows).

I found an old bow and sanded it down and varnished it up. Looks great. Then after I got all the stuff ready, my woman and I would go out every saturday for a few minutes and enjoy some shooting. We got pretty good. Also, when people would come over, we had a blast taking them out and shooting the bow and arrows with them. Something about the bow and arrows combo that sparks the interest of company. You’ll have a great time with this.
